The spa facilities were beautifully designed and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day on the slopes.

The layout of the hotel was quite confusing, as I often had to walk through dining areas to access my room.

Had a cracking stay! Staff were proper friendly and the spa was lush. We had the best time in the pools, but the access to the lift got a bit tricky with kids in tow. Still, can't wait to come back!

The family rooms directly above the bar make sleep nearly impossible due to loud noise!!! transportation options into town are lacking with just one shuttle bus per hour!!! Snow clearing seems inadequate during snowfall – quite dangerous!!!

Had an amazing stay in a Superior Double Room! The breakfast was exceptional, and the dinner was like a feast. The staff were super helpful with our Mont Blanc Pass, making everything easier for us. Location was perfect for the cable car station too. Can't recommend it enough! 😊

Absolutely loved the food—brekkie was tops with fresh options every morning, and dinner was a whole feast! The staff were so friendly, really made us feel at home. Spent ages at the spa. those saunas were just what we needed!

The indoor pool was busy sometimes, so got a bit crowded with kids splashing about.

Fantastic spa facilities and exquisitely cooked breakfast with plenty of fresh, tempting options. their convenient shuttle service to the lifts saved us a lot of hassle getting to the slopes.

The layout can be a bit confusing—had to walk through dining areas to access rooms. And the bar could use a cozier atmosphere.

Great staff and spa vibes!

The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help, which really adds to the experience. The spa is great, especially loved the large sauna and steam rooms for unwinding after skiing. The breakfast had freshly cooked options like pancakes, yum! Only thing is, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.
